Is there a limit to how much dhikr I can do?
No. Surah al-Ahzab 33:41 commands remembering Allah with much remembrance. Fixed counts like 33 or 100 are minimums for specific occasions, not caps. You can do as much dhikr as you want, in any state, at any time.
Detail
The Prophet said, "The example of one who remembers his Lord and one who does not is like the living and the dead" (Sahih al-Bukhari 6407).
Fixed counts are for specific narrated rewards. Beyond the fixed count, dhikr is open-ended.
Consistency beats intensity. A steady 100 subhanallah every day for a year outweighs 10,000 once and never again (Sahih al-Bukhari 6464).
