Is a digital tasbih allowed in Islam?

Yes. Counting dhikr on a device, on beads, or on fingers is all permitted. The intention and the phrase are what matter, not the counting tool.

Detail

Some early scholars preferred counting on the right hand fingers, following one report about the Prophet counting on his fingers (Sunan Abi Dawud 1502). This is a preference, not a prohibition.

Physical prayer beads (misbaha, subha) have been used for centuries with no scholarly consensus against them. A digital counter is the same tool in modern form.

The rulings apply to the count, not the mechanism. If a digital counter helps you remember, use it. If beads or fingers work better, use those.
