Can I do dhikr in English or my own language?

The specific rewarded phrases (subhanallah, alhamdulillah, allahu akbar, la ilaha illa Allah, astaghfirullah) are the Arabic forms and should be said in Arabic. Personal dua, praise, and reflection are valid in any language you feel deeply.
