Can I count dhikr on my left hand?
The Sunnah is the right hand. Counting on the left is valid but not preferred. A digital counter or beads sidestep the hand question entirely, because you are tapping a tool, not counting on skin.

The Prophet counted tasbih on his right hand fingers (Sunan Abi Dawud 1502, graded hasan). Following this is a recommended Sunnah, not an obligation.
Left-handed people who tap a counter with their left thumb are not violating this. The Sunnah is about counting on the body, not about which hand holds a tool.
Sibha has a left-handed layout in Settings for this reason. Your dominant hand should feel natural.
