What dua should I say when entering the bathroom?
Before entering, say: allahumma inni a`udhu bika min al-khubthi wa al-khaba'ith (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from male and female evil beings). Say it just outside, then step in with your left foot. After leaving, say: ghufranaka (I seek Your forgiveness). Reported in Sahih al-Bukhari 142 and Sunan al-Tirmidhi 7.
Detail
Enter with the left foot; leave with the right. This is a general etiquette from the Sunnah of favouring the right for noble places.
Do not carry anything with Allah's name into the bathroom. Remove rings or covers with Allah's name (Sunan Abi Dawud 19).
Verbal dhikr and Quran recitation should pause inside the bathroom. Silent remembrance in the heart is fine.
