What is the best dhikr for forgiveness?
Sayyidul Istighfar is the strongest single phrase, reported as a guarantee of Paradise for whoever says it with certainty in the morning and dies that day (Sahih al-Bukhari 6306). For daily volume, use astaghfirullah wa atubu ilayh, and subhanallah wa bihamdihi one hundred times, which erases sins even if they were like the foam of the sea (Sahih al-Bukhari 6405).
