What do you say after each prayer?
Say astaghfirullah three times, then Allahumma anta al-Salam wa minka al-salam, then Ayatul Kursi, then subhanallah 33 times, alhamdulillah 33 times, allahu akbar 34 times, and close with la ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lah once.
Detail
The istighfar and the Allahumma anta al-Salam phrase come first, immediately after the tasleem (Sahih Muslim 591).
Ayatul Kursi after every obligatory prayer is reported as a means of entering Paradise (al-Nasa'i, al-Sunan al-Kubra 9848, graded sound by several scholars).
The 33·33·34 sequence is the Tasbih of Fatimah, reported in Sahih Muslim 596 with the closing tahlil completing the hundred.
The whole sequence takes about two minutes. It is the single highest return habit available after the prayer itself.
