What is the reward for saying SubhanAllah 100 times?
The Prophet said, "Whoever says subhanallahi wa bihamdih 100 times a day has his sins wiped away, even if they were like the foam of the sea" (Sahih al-Bukhari 6405, Sahih Muslim 2691). A related report adds 100 good deeds recorded and 100 sins removed for anyone who says subhanallah 100 times.

Two sound reports address this. First: the 100 subhanallahi wa bihamdih (glory to Allah and praise to Him) forgives sins the size of sea foam. Second: 100 subhanallah writes 1000 good deeds or erases 1000 sins (Sahih Muslim 2698).
The rewarded formula is subhanallahi wa bihamdih (سبحان الله وبحمده), not only subhanallah on its own. Both are dhikr, one is the specifically rewarded wording.
