Is it spelled tasbih, tasbeeh, tesbih, or tasbi?
They are all the same Arabic word تَسْبِيح, spelled different ways in English. Tasbih is the modern academic standard. Tasbeeh is common in South Asian English. Tesbih is Turkish. All refer to glorifying Allah, and by extension the beads used to count that glorification.
Detail
Arabic has one long 'ee' sound written with a ya. English-speakers write it either 'i' (tasbih) or 'ee' (tasbeeh). Both are correct.
Turkish drops the Arabic 'a' vowel and uses 'e': tesbih. In Indonesian and Malay you will see tasbih and tasbeh.
There is no religiously preferred spelling. Search engines treat them as the same word.
