Is there specific dhikr for pregnancy?
No dhikr is prescribed specifically for pregnancy in authentic sources. What is established is general remembrance: istighfar, salawat, subhanallah wa bihamdihi, Ayatul Kursi, and personal dua for the wellbeing of mother and child in any language.
Detail
Be cautious with circulated lists that assign a surah to each month of pregnancy. These are cultural practices, not narrations, and scholars advise not treating them as Sunnah.
Dua in your own words for a healthy child and a safe delivery is fully valid and encouraged. Allah does not require Arabic for a request.
Bedtime adhkar are especially practical here because sleep is often broken. Ayatul Kursi and the last two verses of al-Baqarah are the standard.
Dhikr continues during postnatal bleeding exactly as during menstruation. Verbal remembrance is unrestricted.
