Can I give the reward of my dhikr to someone who has died?
Most scholars permit gifting the reward of dhikr, sadaqah, and Quran recitation to the deceased, and it reaches them. Direct dua for them is unanimously permitted and encouraged by the Quran and Sunnah.

The Prophet said the child of Adam's deeds are cut off at death except for three: continuous charity, beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for them (Sahih Muslim 1631). Praying for them is the most explicit permitted act.
Hanafi and Hanbali positions permit dedicating the reward of any voluntary act (dhikr, sadaqah, Quran, hajj) to the deceased. Shafi`i and Maliki views permit sadaqah and dua unanimously, with wider positions inside their schools for the rest.
A safe and universally-accepted approach: pair your dhikr with sincere dua for the person, and give sadaqah in their name.
