This is a dhikr counter app that runs in the browser. Open it and it counts straight away, add it to your home screen and it behaves like an installed app with its own icon and a full screen view. It works with no connection, asks for no permissions, shows no adverts, and keeps every count on your own device rather than in an account.
On Android, open the browser menu and choose install app or add to home screen. On iPhone or iPad, tap the share button in Safari and choose add to home screen. You get an icon, a full screen view with no browser bar, and offline use.
Nothing is downloaded from an app store, no account is created and no permissions are requested. Removing it is one long press on the icon.
Free counting with no target, a target of any number, or Tasbih Fatimah, which advances automatically through 33 SubhanAllah, 33 Alhamdulillah and 34 Allahu Akbar (Sahih Muslim 596).
Ten sourced adhkar each have their own preset counter with the Arabic, transliteration, translation and primary source shown alongside the number. Browse them in the dhikr library.
Most free dhikr apps in the stores are paid for by advertising, which means trackers, notification requests and a full screen advert arriving in the middle of a wird. This one has no advertising behind it, so there is nothing to interrupt you with and nothing to collect about you.
It also opens in about a second, which matters more than it sounds: the point of a counter is to be counting before your attention moves elsewhere.
The majority of scholars permit counting dhikr with beads or a device, because the counter is a means of keeping track and not part of the worship itself. Counting on the fingers of the right hand is the reported practice of the Prophet ﷺ and is considered better (Sunan Abi Dawud 1501).
A fuller answer with the reports on both sides is at is using a tasbih bidah.
