This is a counter app that needs no app store. It opens in the browser, works offline after the first load, and can be added to your home screen so it behaves like any installed app, with an icon and a full screen view. It asks for no permissions, shows no adverts and keeps every count on your own device.
On Android, open the browser menu and choose add to home screen or install app. On iPhone, tap the share button in Safari and choose add to home screen. You get an icon, a full screen view with no browser bar, and offline use. Nothing goes through an app store and no account is created.
Free counter apps in the stores are usually funded by advertising, which means they load trackers and interrupt you with full screen ads at exactly the wrong moment. This one has no advertising business behind it, so there is nothing to interrupt you with and nothing to collect about you.
